Are these masks approved for medical use?
No, these face masks are not medical-grade and they are not for use by medical personnel or in a medical setting. These disposable face masks are non-medical disposable masks and are for personal protection only.
Are these masks FDA approved?
No, non-medical use disposable face masks are not and do not require FDA approval or all other requirements of the FD&C (Food, Drug & Cosmetics Act) do not apply.
Are these single-use masks?
Yes, these are disposable masks meant for single use.
Do masks come in different sizes?
Our masks are one size only, for adults and big kids. The elastic ear loops on all masks keep the mask fitting tight on large and small face sizes. Our masks fit most children, small kids may have smaller profiles. Therefore, try to consider sizing before any purchase.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship throughout the US using USPS. All orders are processed within the same day or the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. In the case of extremely high order volume, shipping may be slightly delayed and can take up to 2-3 days to be processed.Â
Our items are shipped out from our warehouse located in San Diego. Â
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our website. We know how important your purchase is to you, therefore we will ship it to you within 1 business day of your purchase if no delays. We know these items are needed urgently and we will make your experience as a customer worthwhile. The shipping labels are generated upon checkout automatically, and after this point of your purchase, you may not cancel it. Our packages sent out are unopened. This policy extends to any unwanted or damaged product.
Why no returns or exchanges?
Because of the coronavirus outbreak, it is not safe to take any masks back. We will not be accepting refunds.
