Are these gowns heavy?

No, they are extremely light, made for people to use comfortably and safely. 

How do you take the gown off?

The same way you rip off the shoulders, there is a built-in way to rip off the middle of the gown, which helps you prevent getting any germs on you.

What is your shipping policy? We ship throughout the US using USPS. All orders are processed within the same day or the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. In the case of extremely high order volume, shipping may be slightly delayed and can take up to 2-3 days to be processed. 

Our items are shipped out from our warehouse located in San Diego.  

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our website. We know how important your purchase is to you, therefore we will ship it to you within 1 business day of your purchase if no delays. We know these items are needed urgently and we will make your experience as a customer worthwhile. The shipping labels are generated upon checkout automatically, and after this point of your purchase, you may not cancel it. Our packages sent out are unopened. This policy extends to any unwanted or damaged product.

Why no Returns or Exchanges?

Because of the coronavirus outbreak, it is not safe to take any masks back. We will not be accepting refunds.
