We do not offer any exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our website. We know how important your purchase is to you, therefore we will ship it to you within 1 business day of your purchase if no delays. We know these items are needed urgently and we will make your experience as a customer worthwhile. The shipping labels are generated upon checkout automatically, and after this point of your purchase, you may not cancel it. Our packages sent out are unopened.  This policy extends to any unwanted or damaged product.

We will ship your product within one business day of your purchase. There are minor possibilities of there being a delay which will result in your product being shipped within 2-3 business days.  

Why no Returns or Exchanges? - You Might Ask…  

Because of the coronavirus outbreak, it is not safe to take any masks back. We will not be accepting refunds.
